A Large Baking Encounter

I concede that I am a frustrated cook and until now I am trying my very best at least to be a proficient one. Nontheless I guess I really have to try harder and pray for more luck to perfect an Austrian dessert known as Sachertorte. This is a cake recipe that an Austrian comrade provided me back in college. Actually, she taught me lots of pastry and cake recipes that are common in their stunning country, but I'm such a slow learner. Also, I have an significant job that keeps me tied up so I don't have time to learn baking.

I've tried baking this Austrian food so many times already and I suppose I did my best whenever I baked, but there's still something that is missing. The first Sachertorte that my pal made tasted so delicious. Then Again, no matter how I try to get what's missing in my baking, I still can't make a nice Sachertorte. I wanted to give up my baking, then again I reckon that this is a challenge that I must overcome, and I know that the right season will come. This weekend, I'll be giving my best shot to bake a yummy Sachertorte and surmount this great baking task.
