A Virtuoso with Vibrant Music

Incontestably, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was a inexhaustible and highly influential composer of Classical music. He is among the most immortally popular of European composers, and many of his works are part of the standard concert repertory. Nevertheless, there are few things that I knew about him excluding that he was born in Austria.

I was shaken essentially when I found out that his biographer is none other than the famous, Alfred Einstein. According to the recognized German physicist, "Mozart is the unsurpassed composer of all. Beethoven created his music, but the music of Mozart is of such purity and beauty that one feels he merely found it-that it has always existed as part of the inner beauty of the universe waiting to be revealed."

It should also be noted that Mozart has assimilated some competence in many languages during his tours. He was much taken by the sound of Benjamin Franklin's glass armonica, and completed two melodies for it. This man who is an institution when it comes to music is celebrating his 250th birthday this year and as expected, there will be a global salutation that will include performances of all of his operas in Salzburg and Prague.

Forget the Dreary Austrian Typical Music

Austrian music is nothing but dreary, even if this nation has produced a number of known figures in the music history. Feasibly, a lot of people will dispute my view but I really find it dreary and nonsense.

In the field of music, Austrians are one of the greats having produced the likes of known Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Strauss, Jr. who have contributed much. But, no matter what brilliance they have embarked, that did not change my mind. In my point of view, it is still one of the most dreary music types in the whole world; I have high regard for these artists, but I'm not exceedingly satisfied with their nation's music. I would rather pin my ears back to the present shitty music of rapper Eminem than listen to their so-called "masterpiece".

I guess the vindication for this is very simple, and that is my preference for more animated and energetic songs; something that I can dance or groove with while listening to my MP3 player. Man, you can't denunciate me for that because I was born in an era where present music rules the airwaves. Mozart melody are gone already, what we have now are the Black Eyed Peas, so instead of listening to typical music, why not engage to BEP's My Humps?

A undemanding Austrian Meal

Erdäpfelsalat is a yummy Austrian meal that is easy to prepare and not time consuming. It is one of those meals that you can prepare if you're bushed of meat and pasta. Back in college, me and my classmates did a research about Austrian meals and one of the primary requirements is to prepare them and have the class taste it. My pitiless professor who is so charmed to Austrian stuff supervised our research as well as our food preparations. For our group, we prepared Erdapfelsalat, an Austrian meal which is very undemanding to cook.

For this meal, the group set up the following ingredients:1 kilogram potatoes, 1 red onion, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. To cook this yummy meal, we first cut the potatoes into slices and heated inside a casserole for 3-5 minutes. Then, we include small onion pieces, marinaded using vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and poured it over the salad. See, it's very undemanding and anyone who plans to cook it will not utilize more time.

Undoubtedly, it is one of the reasons why our old-fashioned professor gave us a very low grade, but we're still happy because we learned to cook a yummy cuisine from a foreign land like Austria.

I Won't Back for Renowned Arnold Schwarzenegger

Who would have thought that a man as Renowned and as Renowned like Arnold Schwarzenegger, who originated from Austria would ruin his career and by running as governor of California? He's entirely insane for doing that because politics is such a crooked and complicated world. It is not a movie which has a script and stunt men who are paid to do tough action scenes for action stars who are terrified to be get bruised or get hurt. This is not a movie which has a director who directs the angle and flow of the sequences, rather, it is a real game played by crooked politicians and martyrs.

In the first place, if Arnold just desires to help, why not run in his dear land and help his countrymen? Why does he have to mess with California which is already an commercialized state in a prosperous country like United States. Is he after publicity or he's just after prominence and recognition? Or perhaps he's imagining of becoming the next American president since George W Bush cannot run for presidency anymore? Whatever his intention for running for public office, Arnold would not get my vote because I'm settling for those politicians who works without broadcasting and publicity.

Our Impending Vacation to Austria

Everyone in the family feels very animated about our vacation in Austria next month. After the long waiting and scheduling, we are able to set the vacation finally. It's really knotty to plan a vacation if everyone is busy with their own work and personal concerns. Now, the second thing that we need to settle is to select where the family will stay while in Austria. Of course, we have contacts there, but we opted to stay in a guesthouse to avoid any conflict.

Actually, before we settled the vacation, I have already browsed the internet and searched for possible guesthouses where we can stay. I found this Hotel Burgenland, a better choice because it is a four-star hotel, which is sited in the center of Eisenstadt. Likewise, it is only a few minutes away from the notable Esterhazy Palace. It offers a selection of recreational facilities such as swimming pools, saune steam bath and massage great for us. The guesthouse is also 15 kilometers away from the lake "Neusiedler See," which is considered as the largest inland lake in Western Europe and branded as a national bird sanctuary. Accidentally, my father who is an ornithologists love birds very much so I am definite he would insist to go there. That alone is a better explanation to make a reservation for us in Hotel Burgenland.
