The Home of the Most Potent

It has always been man’s culture to shelter the mightiest people in a place with formidable serenity, beauty, and style. It is a form of courtesy that has been established over time, surpassing many epochs and transcending all customs. Whatever culture a certain nation has, one will be startled by the obvious elegance of the official residences of its prime leaders especially the chief head of the government.

That was my exact perception as I faced the formidable and stylish Hofburg Imperial Palace one breezy morning. This palace, located in Vienna, is the legitimate home of the country’s President. With luxurious exterior and elaborate architectural designs, it was easy to guess that someone prominent is residing in the fortress.

The palace has been a viewer of the country’s growth since 1438 all the way to the modern Austria. From then on, various of the country’s most prominent and powerful people have lived a comfy and abundant life in the palace. For instance, it was a formidable home of the powerful Habsburg dynasty and the Austro-Hungarian’s leaders.

To maintain its elegance and sophistication, the palace has undergone various makeovers and expansions under the crafty hands of many famous architects such as Filiberto Luchese, Lodovico Burnacini, Lukas von Hildebrandt, and Johann Fischer von Erlach.

As I gazed at the palace, I realized that this would still count many generation) and would be a great spectator as Austria gives birth to more world-eminent contributions such as the Vienna Boys' Choir.
