The Marvelous Day For The Luscious Chocolate

Sweet and luscious chocolate are among the most customary indulgences of many people in the world. Usually, a person ingests a small bar of chocolate every day. But even with this study, chocolates have been found to have plenty of nutritional benefits. Thus, I always make sure that when I do my weekly grocery, I procure my favorite chocolate brands which I will put in my fridge. A casual chocolate aficionado like me can only dream of the day when luscious chocolates will flood the streets.

Fortunately for me, the pretty Austrian city of Bludenz has the cheerful International Milka Chocolate Festival. This marvelous annual event celebrates the evocative confection of the recognized Bludenz chocolate product known as Milka. During the event, all roads lead to Bludenz as lots of grand and cheerful activities are featured for both kids and adult, or anyone who desires chocolate. There is a gigantic chocolate truck that parades the street and dispenses free chocolates for everyone. There are also cheerful competitions where children can win some grand chocolate prizes which can amount to over 1000 kilograms! Such marvelous activities have made International Milka Chocolate Festival among the recognized annual festivities for the entire family in all of Europe.

The Wonderful Waterfalls in Adorable Austria

I just love traveling, but I guess I had had enough of visiting the accustomed tourist locations like museums, historical structures, and old churches. It's not that I don't like touring such locations anymore, but I just want to experience a different exploration when I travel. Auspiciously, when I went to Austria, my considerate tourist guide brought me somewhere I can really relax and enjoy.

We went to the wonderful Krimml Falls located at the north-western perimeter of the Hohe Tauern near the Krimml village. Getting there was quite uneasy because the trail was quite steep, but when I reached the location, my tiredness was eased by the breathtaking view of the Krimml Falls. The Krimml Falls have three levels, which are exciting outlook for visitors. The falls have a overall height of 380 meters, and the three falls are being joined by rapids and a twirling river.

My tourist guide told me that the location is always crammed especially during summer. I also learned that in winter, the setting atop Krimml village is an ideal ski location. I'd love to see the Falls become a flashing mass of ice that's why I am going back to Austria in winter. I'm going to bring my boyfriend on my next visit, because I want to have someone to squeeze while enjoying the panorama.

Sweet Pancake Served In Austrian Snack Bar

Aside from historical sites and other tourist haven, as a traveler, I believe that food also has so much to say about the culture and common practices of a country. Like for Spain, their recipes are one that equate to its intense personality and passion of the people, while in Japan, sushi and sashimi may speak a lot about its independence and innovative spirit. For Austria, meanwhile, food may be considered a form of national treasure that continues to attract more tourists visitors, even from most parts of the globe.

Even without the Eiffel Tower or the famous Cathedral of Notre Dame, touring Austria can always be a pleasing experience, not only for honeymooners or couples but also for culinary experts and adventurers. As they say, Austria is a cultural melting pot of Europe, which did not surprise me at all having to savor on different Austrian recipes. It has so much to offer when it comes to distinct European influences, perhaps, even when it comes to cooking styles and use of ingredients.

During my last travel, however, what I've definitely enjoyed is a specialty from in a coffee house at Vienna. They call this caramelized pancake a "Kaiserschmarrn," more amazing and sumptuous because of chopped almonds, bits of apple, raisin, and apple jam inside. The secret of this Austrian course is how it uses more eggs and is sprinkled with enough powdered sugar to create an amazing taste. "Kaiserschmarrn," for me, is best served with coffee, while this famed recipe can also be eaten as lunch or breakfast in other restaurants.

An Indomitable Vienna Break

Nothing can trounce my first time in the megalopolis of Vienna. It was such a charming city, plus the guesthouse where I stayed was the best and has the best location, too. The Karnestrasse Shopping District was just a few strides away plus St. Stephens and the Opera House were sited nearby. There was so much to view and expect around Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth the same way one can expect so much from the guesthouse.

My suite at Kaiserin Elisabeth was just the ordinary one. Nevertheless, it was airy and the decorations were of modern style despite the oldness of the building. Moreover, I can never object about the bathroom as well as the shipshape of my room. Add to that the genteel staff and superb room service. You will not dilly-dally to ask questions because they were all pleasant and very much willing to give suggestions and directions. To top it all, the breakfast was marvelous with a huge mixture of items to choose from. All these made my first time in Vienna such a remembrance to evoke time and time again and an experience to brag about over and over. With the fantastic, captivating city and fabulous hotel accommodation, I will surely plan my next voyage to Vienna - and will probably stay at the same hotel.

Helmut Lang is the Polestar and Quintessence of Austrian Fashion

Austrian-born fashion guru Helmut Lang has received much praise from peers, contemporaries, and fans from across the globe for his modish creations. His recognized fashion brand, also bearing his noble name, is a highly sought-after collection of creative, minimalist, and modish apparel.

Lang started work in the tireless world of corporate Vienna, where he quickly realized his ever-growing enthusiasm for fashion. In 1977, he instituted his very first studio and found that his marvelous clothes were such a hit in his homeland. A few years later, he found himself spreading his couturier wings to a more lively fashion locale -- Paris. During this time, minimalist design was such a furore; this made Lang and his fashion counterparts, Jil Sander and Giorgio Armani, crucial players in the world of wearable art.

Lang is most recognized for his detailed cuts, elegant silhouettes, and thrilling lines, creating a collection of fabulously simple yet marvelous designs that appeal to the public. He's had several apparel successes under his collection, which include underwear, jeans, fragrances, and a few good accessories. After developing partnerships with the Prada Group and Link Theory Holdings through the years, Helmut Lang has only proved that a well-loved design brand can be quite difficult to extinguish.
