Famed Austrian Treat at Cafe Weimar

The great streets of Vienna are places less traveled in Europe, when almost every traveler is most eager to spend a trip to Italy and France. However, it's about time that people should consider changing their flight plans because Austria is another great region to see.

For music and art lovers, Austria is surely a paradise to discover with a stream of historical sites, parks, and museums that only add more glimmer to this corner of the European world. Yet, for aimless visitors like me, who has no absolute interest, but to travel and search for what could be part of a real adventure, pastries and desserts are part of the quintessential treats in going to Vienna.

Unlike in other tourist spots, you don't even have to spend so much just to have a decent meal in some of the renowned Viennese restaurants, thus Cafe Weimar is one of the places that really gave me joy during my recent trip to Vienna. Because Cafe Weimar is situated near a university and students are its regular customers, prices in this part of the area are all reasonable for a plateful serving. Cafe Weimar offers great snacks for an all-day meal -- from dumplings to all kinds of wursts, you'll surely enjoy the famed Austrian cuisine. But for a sweet ending, I could only suggest that you try the sumptuous Sachertorte -- a great cake with chocolate fillings in whip cream. The Berry Strudel is also truly incredible, while orders for common beverages like beer and cappuccino will surely fit even a scrimping budget.

Lighting Upon the Glam Hermine Span

With its counterparts in Europe very active in the field of design and vogue, Austria plainly cannot afford to be left behind. Thankfully, it has proven not to, especially in recent years, when so many vogue designers have decided to come out of their shells and share their innovations to the world.

Among Austria's modern designers, I can mention that Hermine Span is one of the most glamorous. Well, plainly by judging at her photo alone can already make one say that she is truly special. Her hair is always stylishly placed and she often puts on cool pieces, especially jackets and boots -- two items which I cannot plainly live without. Amazingly enough and unlike other fashion designers, Span mostly puts on her own designs and really focuses on what she chooses and aspires for in her career.

However, Span also has some quirks and wants that her own creations sometimes cannot share. It is kind of amusing, but she has this craving for boots, which should specially be from Bally or Demeulemester. She also is reported to be on the quest for the perfect sport bikini -- something that I am not confident she can be practical with, since Austria is not exactly well-known for beaches.

A Splendid Hotel in a Historic Austrian Place

Seeing the birthplace of the music expert Mozart will have to be the central motivation when one visits the town of Salzburg in Austria. Still, Salzburg is more than just a region where a supreme man was born. It also happens to be an Austrian territory where many a number of famed events took place. It was the backdrop for the classic musical, "The Sound of Music", which was subsequently made into a film. Other than that, Salzburg boasts of diverse important landmarks that carry the signature baroque architectural style, sights that have been well-preserved and is now counted as among the top tourist destinations in Austria.

Visiting the whole of Salzburg and journeying in its many sensational sites cannot be completed in one day. To fully like them, staying in the town for several days is the ideal schedule. For this, a wonderful hotel like Hotel Wolf-Dietrich should be sufficiently chosen.

A primary hotel of the five-star variety, Hotel Wolf-Dietrich is established right in the heart of Salzburg along a silent side street a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. It boasts of 29 fully finished rooms with newly fashioned hostel facilities.

Garage parking is readily realizable, and so are the other hotel facilities like the sauna and steam baths, massages in infra-red accessorized cubicles, and a newly-built spa highlighted by an indoor pool. Additionally, one can have complimentary access to the Internet as well as free use of DVD compilations. This is undeniably the perfect hotel to stay in to suit an inspiring tour in Salzburg.
